BINDA ITALIA SRL makes this data protection information available to its Users so that they can provide a free and informed consent to data processing in compliance with art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 regarding all services offered by BINDA ITALIA SRL through its web pages.

However, this notice does not refer to websites that are not owned by BINDA ITALIA SRL and which may be possible to access through links on our websites. BINDA ITALIA SRL has no control over this and therefore declines all responsibilities regarding the treatment of User data which is implemented through these sites.

The consultation of this site can lead to the processing of some User personal data. The User's not providing personal data shall not cause any damage on his behalf, except for the impossibility of using the requested services if obligatory information is not provided.

Without prejudice to what is specified above regarding navigation data, all forms located on this site, within which personal data is requested, are provided with the proper disclaimer which directs users to this document. The form may not be transmitted without viewing and accepting this document.

That which BINDA ITALIA SRL intends to guarantee is that Users consent to the processing of their personal data only after having been made aware of all of the rights guaranteed to them by law and by the policy that BINDA ITALIA SRL follows in processing that information.
Rights of those involved
