Content and limitation of liability of Binda Italia
Access to and use of the Site, including viewing web pages, constitute activities conducted by users.
The user will be solely responsible for the use of the Site and its contents. Binda Italia, in fact, cannot be held responsible for any use of the Website made by users that does not comply with the laws in force.
In particular, the user will be the one and only person responsible for the communication of information and data that is incorrect, false or relating to third parties, without their consent, as well as in consideration of the incorrect use of the same.
The contents of the Site may contain inaccuracies or misprints. Binda Italia shall not, under any circumstances and for any reason whatsoever, be held liable for any inaccuracies and errors or for any damages caused or arising from the reliance created by users on the basis of information obtained from or through the Website. The user shall be solely and exclusively responsible for evaluating the information and content available through the Site.
The Site and all the information and contents published on it may be modified by Binda Italia at any time, from time to time and without notice.
Since any material will be downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service at the user’s choice and risk, any responsibility for any damage to computer systems or loss of data resulting from the download operations carried out by the user, falls on the user himself and cannot be attributed to Binda Italia. Binda Italia declines any responsibility for any damage deriving from the inaccessibility to the services present on the site or from any damage caused by viruses, damaged files, errors, omissions, service interruptions, cancellation of contents, problems connected to the network, providers or telephone and/or telematic connections, unauthorized access, alteration of data, failure and/or defective functioning of the user’s own electronic equipment.
The user is responsible for the safekeeping and correct use of his or her personal information, as well as for any damaging consequence or prejudice that may arise for Binda Italia or third parties as a result of the incorrect use, loss or theft of such information.
In case of registration, the user is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of his credentials that allow access to restricted services. In this case the user is required to choose his own user ID and password. In addition, the user is required to provide specific information that must be correct and updated. The user may not choose the user ID of another person with the intention of using their identity. You may not use another person’s user ID without that person’s express permission.
The user is obliged to guarantee the confidentiality of his password, avoiding sharing it with third parties.
The user is fully responsible for any action taken through his account, either directly or through third parties authorized by him. Any abusive, fraudulent or in any case illegal use will cause the immediate cancellation of the account, at the sole discretion of Binda Italia.
Binda Italia has adopted adequate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the security of its services on the Website, the integrity of traffic data and electronic communications with respect to unauthorized forms of use or knowledge, as well as to avoid the risks of dispersion, destruction and loss of data and confidential and non-confidential information relating to its users on the Website, or unauthorized or unlawful access to such data and information.
However, Binda Italia cannot guarantee that the Site is free from viruses or any element that may have detrimental effects on any technology.

Binda Italia will endeavor to provide uninterrupted access to the Site; however, access to the Site may be suspended, limited or terminated at any time. Binda Italia will try to restore access as soon as possible. Binda Italia also reserves the right to block access to any material and/or to remove any material which, in its unquestionable judgement, may result in a violation of these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
Binda Italia also reserves the right to terminate the account of any user who violates these General Terms and Conditions of Use, including cases where a user is found to be using proxy IP (Internet Protocol) addresses to try to hide the use of more than one registration account, or pretends to be located in a country other than the one where he/she actually resides, or causes in any way disturbance to the operation of the Site.
